Delete Your Birthday Bananas Account and Data

This page is the direct account-deletion request path for Birthday Bananas. You can request deletion even if you no longer have the app installed.

What to Include

• The email address connected to your Birthday Bananas account
• A clear request to delete your account and associated personal data
• If you cannot email from the account address, enough information for us to verify that the account is yours

We may ask for limited verification before deleting an account so another person cannot delete it without permission. We will confirm receipt and complete verified email requests within 30 days.

Delete from the App

Birthday Bananas version 1.1.0 includes a signed-in account-deletion control in Profile. If that version or later is installed, open Profile and choose the account deletion option. First-party account deletion is immediate when the request succeeds. The email request above remains available whether or not you can sign in.

Data Deleted with Your Account

Depending on how you used Birthday Bananas, deletion covers:

• Your account profile, including name, email address, and birthday month/day
• Saved rewards, My Birthday data, crawl plans, claims, and account settings
• Account-attributed reviews and their stored photos, reward verifications, feedback, and analytics events
• Push subscriptions, push tokens, subscriber records, and other account-linked identifiers held by Birthday Bananas
• Business claims or business-account data associated with the account, if applicable

Data That May Be Retained

• Anonymous, aggregated information such as total reward-result counts when it can no longer be linked to you
• Anonymous or older reviews, verifications, offer reports, and location suggestions that were never attributed to your account and therefore cannot be identified from an account-deletion request
• Anonymous telemetry already processed by Microsoft Clarity or Sentry may remain under those providers' configured and contractual retention policies. The current mobile app does not send either provider its Birthday Bananas account user ID.
• Limited administrative, security, fraud-prevention, payment, legal, or audit records after account identifiers are removed

Clear Data Stored on Your Device

After requesting account deletion, you can remove local preferences and signed-out data by clearing Birthday Bananas app storage or uninstalling the app. On the web, clear cookies and site data for birthdaybananas.com in your browser settings.
