About Bookmans

Bookmans, the Arizona used-bookstore chain, gives a $10 to $15 birthday certificate through its Kids Club and Teen Club. It's aimed at younger members, so sign up the kid with their birthday on file. A store credit at a bookstore is a nicer birthday gift than most rewards.
